Something interesting in the notes on page 6?
The only significance I've see there is Jason have not sold his last amount of shares awarded to him by the company as salary and compensation. This tells me he did not sell because a BIG move is coming.

Hold your shares guys, we can very well see a penny plus here. I believe we will see news next week regarding the closing of the merger deal.
