The share structure hasn't risen in years, if OTC Markets info is correct. There have been rumors for awhile that a big reverse merger was coming. We have seen some large spikes in volume in price on a few occasions in the last year or so, so we are hoping one of the rumors comes true.

WPUR makes big moves in a hurry. It moves on air, so I would bet the amount of shares in the float is relatively small.
