40,000 tons of ore scraped off the pad and taken where? Dumped into the nearest wash? Used as road gravel for the access road? Sold to the nearest municipality for construction purposes? I would think that cyanide-contaminated gravel scattered all over the place is a violation of their environmental permit.....but what do I know. Even if it is just stacked in a nice neat stockpile - what prevents the next rain storm from spreading cyanide for miles downstream?

Or left on the pad (as someone has suggested)? All fouled up with whatever crap MarMar sabotaged it with?

Nothing makes sense with the stories that Mexus is telling.
