I just got done communicated with the Delaware SOS
The last filing done by ADLI was the annual report for 2008.
The entity has done no other filings with the DE SOS since 2008 and has obviously gone into bad standing - it is listed as VOID STATUS in their system.
The entity was not never moved out of Delaware to Florida, but I didn't really expect that it had been.
I haven't heard back from Charles Brink yet, but based on the DE SOS info I think it is safe to say that the American Medical Technologies Inc Florida entity was created only because it is required by Florida to have a business entity in their system for any business that uses a Florida address.
As a VOID entity in Delaware, ADLI can't be used for any merger. It would first have to be brought back to good standing with the DE SOS which in this case would cost tens of thousands of dollars in back taxes.
It appears that if Brink did acquire ADLI out of Bankruptcy in 2011 that he just pulled the assets out and abandoned the shell.
I'll let you know if i hear anything back from Charles Brink.
