If some one feels that there are no PPS manipulations on OTS markets, then they needs to have their brains checked by some specialists.

When it comes to FnF that are under highly secretive robbership for more than 11 years, then this is very true. Just before robbership, FnF shorted volume was 1.5 times the outstanding shares (Read SEC complaint).

The people who have been controlling the robbership or wall street financial establishment are no saints. Well planned manipulations have been going on for many decades to sink the FnF. FnF are still surviving because of their irreplaceable perfect business model??.

One can clearly predict fabricated bearish bad reports by think tanks lobbyists and financial Media, when ever there are good news and PPS goes up.

Hope this clears up any doubts about manipulations of FnF PPS.
