Mark absolutely needs an ultimatum for him to do the right thing, imo. With oversight we would have fins from this company. Without oversight from SEC, we have gotten to this point of tons, apon tons, of sales, contracts, ect and still no financials. I can understand process, I can't wrap my head around what they are doing. If I knew there was SEC oversight, I would feel better about being a shareholder here. I couldn't confirm any oversight over past several weeks. Waiting, just not as patiently as I was before.
