Dear Sir:



What I told you was accurate. Mark may or may not be aware of what our firm is in need of, but the CEO and their accountant/acting CFO are well aware of what we are awaiting (since October). I sent follow up emails in October and November, and contacted the CEO in January when they were planning an inventory count. The last response or communication of any kind that we received from management related to open items was October 31, 2018. There was no response to my November follow up communication and have been no updates verbal or otherwise from them in 2019.
