At least spell the CEO's name correctly or maybe you're trying to spell like our president.
Who is throwing millions at a patent? It really doesn't cost that much to continue with a patent application. And BTW, you don't need to win the patent to sell the drug. Happens all the time in pharma. If someone else owns the patent, they take a piece.
Partnering with pharma now? Really? They WILL partner with pharma after the NDA and after the phase I trial is complete. THEN it will be worth a lot more money. You think any pharma (except GW Pharma) is interested seriously in CBD. You apparently have little or no experience with pharma but are long on opinions.
Wait for a successful Phase I in which addiction measures are reduced in the CBD gum, then there will be a line.
If you listened to the call, and not just looked at the revenue, you would see the near term and especially the long-term potential. Which interests investors like me.
Enjoy your little sadistic moment with the longs; our day will come within the year. Then of course, we won't hear from you.
