If they tell me the last filing with the DE SOS was several years ago I think that tells us that ADLI is a dead abandoned shell so they may not have a Transfer Agent. If nobody has been running the Issuer for years then there is nobody to pay for a new transfer agent after State Street went out of business.
It would also mean that ALDI probably owes the state of Delaware tens of thousands of dollars in back taxes making it an expense Issuer to bring back to life.
