I read today's posts, listed to the call and although a bit disheartened by the earnings report, I see no reason to dis this company.

I don't know if the earnings miss was calculated into the price already, but we have fallen for a long time. I agree with Carl, it is risky to sell and hope to re-buy lower. But doesn't that act in itself drive the madness?

Joe stated there were a lot of new players, and new products on the shelves; sales in the stores slumped overall, due to customer overload? I would expect that this issue would effect most companies. Several other players are reporting earnings shortly, it will be interesting to see their results.

It was heartening to hear that with CVSI talks with the FDA, that there are a few vendors who will thrive post FDA guidelines.

I didn't catch everything he stated on FDM and/or adding product to food. Did he state something about companies/products might be required to have GRAS/ self-GRAS?
