What is "BS info"?

You make constant claims about ONCI that are untrue, yet I post simple facts (in this case about COWPP, a recent OTC momentum darling) and you just say 'fake news'.

Post facts please.

Be specific: what is "BS"?

SEC can SUSPEND ANY US registered security. SEC makes it clear non-reporting company financial statements should be taken with a grain of salt, and SEC has issued "buyer beware" statements regarding non-reporting OTC companies.

But their SHARES are registered w/ the SEC, and the SEC has authority over them.

No idea where you get your info or ideas from, but you seem to live in a world of your own making, vice reality.
