$ONCI remains 'VOID' in Delaware.

No filings since 2016, other than paying-off some old DE debt.

No tax filings, as required, in 2017 or 2018.

Why not? Fake financials claim 'active' status, but DE says VOID.

We know CO move is no longer in the cards, so that's not the reason - Berman doesn't even pay the $50 to remain current w/ SOS there.

What's up?

Is Berman planning to shutdown $ONCI operations, or waiting to be delisted, or what?
