No, it isn't. Settled trades are all that matter. And there aren't a whole lot of them. If people really wanted the shares, they'd come up and get them at the ask.....but no one is. Not to mention it's a false bid wall. Pull up a screen that tracks which market maker is setting the bids and watch them flip around all day. They're just trying to churn volume. ACTUAL trades?...lol, $2,000 a day? yeah, that has dumpsterfire written all over it.

Again, the market emphatically disagrees with you on all points. Nothing about DSCR is viable.
