I do not agree with your reasoning, first off Waldron scammed Bishop who as soon as he had positive evidence, (suit against Waldron from the firm that loaned Waldron the $500.000 back then, which Waldron never returned). That was the $500.000 he used to scam Bishop with, Bishop pulled out of the deal with Waldron then.

The dilution of shares was from settlement of clams from loans, which were cashed in, in the form of shares that were owned by the company not Bishop. Also more recently shares given to New Executives and could have been part of the New partnership.

It went back to the trips because of the Failed Merger with Waldron. Moreover, has stayed there because of the company going Dark and the lack of news. These condition the Company is starting to turn around with the PR’s the last two months.

Oct. and Dec. Q Report should give a clearer picture of the companies standing and finances.
