Reclassification

The Company reclassified the Equity investment account of the Verus International, Inc. (formerly known as RealBiz Media Group, Inc. (“Verus”)) common stock from the “Investment in unconsolidated affiliate” account to the “Investment in unconsolidated affiliate – Short-term” account. As of August 31, 2019, the Company held 127,188,748 shares at a value of $0.026 per share which amounted to $3,306,907. The Company plans to liquidate the Verus common stock within a year. The reclassification has no impact on net loss.
