I have been doing a lot of brainstorming on IDAD... I personally believe IDAD is Sold and we are going to see some Nevada filing's soon..

When the OS went up 4 million shares mid or Late September i though that was unique since Lazar does not do that to enrich himself..

Since then we have had very small under the radar selling for about 2 months now... I personally feel those 4 million shares went to either Lazar for Payment and he has been selling small amounts until that 4 million is sold into the market then the transfer of ownership will occur... Or he issued them to someone else who is buying the company.

What was strange is they did not show up in the Q3 financials. Which means to me he did not want them reported in September or this was a loophole delaying them to show up so we will see them in Q4...

I know there is a few larger shareholders like Wingtrader and stuff but imo IDAD is sold and we will see something near term..

That 250k could be the last of the 4 million or a old retailer really wanting out to go buy something else... But there are not many shareholders here who would do that..
