Using big company logic in the swamps of the OTC is always tricky. This has and will always be a criminals piggy bank. Only problem is that it is completely legal to do if you can find the sheep to fund it. These guys get away with this stuff all the time until they finally run across the wrong person who can grab the SEC's attention. The only recourse for them is that they can't be involved in any publicly traded companies. No biggie tho, you can just throw your brother on the docs and move forward. Hmmmm, does that sound familiar?
