The Pharma OTC drug revolution is well on it's way, with CBD products all over the place--if they announce a deal with a National chain(and they have already said they are in late stage discussions) this new joint venture could expand rapidly.


I would like to see them spin off the marijuana side, which would still have the same promise when the USA legalizes. It is very possible that we get two companies on a major exchange out of this. I am all for the merger.
