This seems accurate when I re-read Mark’s response to me last week.


“There has been a lack of any news lately, October was a brutal month for microcaps, and profit taking has taken hold. There has been no selling among the core insiders (management and myself) and no selling (as far as we know) by the lead investors. Only the core group of insiders have the full Verus picture.

We have a good idea where some of the selling pressure is from, but none of it is tied to insider knowledge, if that is what you are trying to judge. People take profits along the way, for reasons that are their own, but it is business as usual at Verus. The projections, goals, and optimism that you heard in the last call are still the order of the day, so this stock action is wholly independent from company activities. Verus is a tripled-digit growth stock and has projected that kind of growth into 2021 -- so nothing has changed in terms of the forecast. “
