Here are the SHL's. Read them for yourself.

"Shareholders, I am happy to report that we had another record quarter with sales up YOY and qtr over qtr. We also achieved major milestones which we will discuss in this letter to shareholders. Not only did sales go up but our costs went down significantly making us more profit per unit sold.

We tried successfully a Facebook and Instagram campaign which netted us real profits immediately. The next campaign starts on Monday, July 15th and we are hoping to expand our campaign to include Twitter as well. Because the internet has worked so well for us we are looking to continue the campaign every month. Facebook as I have said keeps giving us residual revenue even we are not running ads. In addition we reduced the OS by 1.4 billion shares which can be seen in the new Financials.

We are doing everything we can to unlock shareholder value and reducing the OS was a big start. We have also released our new OBD designed for Insurance companies, where we can now do all the Telematics that the insurance companies want as well as save lives.

GRANDSLAM

I have a conference call this week and a meeting in a couple of weeks with 2 insurance companies and have reached out to more. The goal is to get a test running and then we can release a private label product for them.

GIFTCARDEXCHANGE.SHOP

As we have discussed Giftcardexchange.shop is moving very quickly. We have chosen a designer and we are currently looking over various designs, Again the biggest issue is not build out but back end compliance. We have to verify the validity of the card with the retailer and make sure its still valid before we can list on the site. We have also discussed an advertising platform that will give us 2 streams of revenue which is always what I want in every business we are involved with. If we can accomplish this we will get ad revenue from all retailers making this a huge deal.

DENTAL

As I have said in the last Update this is still a viable business for us . I have heard back from all 3 companies who are very interested in this concept. In speaking to the senior care providers I discovered that like medical care dental care is all over the place with costs and fees. Since Mobile dentistry is so new most states don know how to deal with it. The only way to make this work is to provide no cost to the patient. I believe we can make this work and this can be a viable business for us.

PRIVATE LABELS

The 2 private label deals we have done have so far been great. We are meeting with Pharrel in the next 2 weeks to discuss the first mining co opp. The company is very interested in our pricing model and we will be putting together a presentation showing them how they can protect their machines and lower insurance costs especially in 3rd world countries. Bfound mobile is ready to go and can be ramped up at a moments notice. The heavy truck business is a huge opportunity and we are moving forward everyday. This is an untapped market and we are the first to be there. The roofing co is on its 3rd leg of rollout and we will be done with everything by the end of July.

The pl2 is going amazing. I still have an NDA but many of you have seen the ads as they appeared in NH, MAINE, and PENN. Our first invoice will be paid on July 15 and they have requested another 400 units as they roll out across their footprint. I have been told by the owner of the co that they intend to purchase another group in the south-east with 25 dealerships and that will be going through within the next 3 months.

In addition we are in talks with 5 other companies regarding private label opportunities, 2 in Europe and 3 here in the USA .

SIFTHOUSE

As discussed we have signed a lease for the 5000 sf place on the river in Vancouver. We have also negotiated for an additional 20,000 sf if we need within the next 24 months. In addition we have been approached by various companies who want to franchise our idea all over Canada and especially Germany. Canada is on the forefront of the CBD revolution. The amt of land is limited and we will be one of the players as we roll out CBD oils and other cbd products. This business is about to explode. CVS just announced it will sell cbd oils for health and beauty needs. As big companies get more involved the interest will grow and the demand will exceed supply. In my opinion SIFTHOUSE will be our jewel in the crown over the next couple of years.

SHAREHOLDER VALUE

I have always believed this from day one we should try and find a way to unlock shareholder value. I thought with the share reduction of 1.4 billion shares we would be able to do that . According to my legal team this reduction would be a positive for the stock. I guess they were wrong. That being said we are looking at additional ways to give value back to the company. I have met with 2 German hedge funds who are interested in making an investment in our company. We would not consider anything at less then an .0085 value or higher. We are also looking at a company buyback of shares as well as myself buying shares on the open market. I believe that our company is in an amazing place and I am willing to put my money where my mouth is. We are looking at many different opportunities and we will keep you informed of which one we take. The share price is so under valued here I hope you keep your shares and don’t let the bashers and MM steal your stock. Of course these are just some ideas and nothing is set in stone. I will be updating our shareholders if anything moves along or changes.

COMPANY

The company is in a great position to capitalize on new markets. Distracted driving is an epidemic in the world and is only getting bigger. Cannabis is one of the fastest growing businesses led by total legalization in Canada with 10 other countries to follow. We have Private label deals in place and we are creating new revenue streams. We are positioned for the future and will ride the wave. We are now branching out from our original model for the company which was to sell in Dealerships. Our goal if I have learned anything is to be diversified into many different businesses because as technology changes and AI changes the world we will be diversified into 6 different businesses all different and self contained. We are poised to have a great run and be in many different sectors of the economy to create amazing growth. We will discuss many other items in the next shareholder letter.

We negotiated Delaware debt down and paid it off, leaving us available to move the company to Colorado which is also in the works. In addition, after the quarter ended we reduced the OS by 1.4 billion shares which is something we wanted to do for a long time.

We signed 2 private label deals and are negotiating for 3 more which are testing as I write this letter to you.

GIFTCARDEXCHANGE.SHOP

As we have discussed GIFTCARDEXCHANGE.SHOP is moving very quickly. We have met with the web designers and have the beginnings of a platform. I received a proposal for a complete build out from one of the design teams and will be receiving another proposal next week from the other team we met with. The biggest issue is not buildout but back end compliance. We have to verify the validity of the card with the retailer and make sure it’s still valid before we can list on the site. I am expecting we will make a decision by end of April and start work ASAP. As I have stated I have also met with 2 large NY department stores as well as 2 health and beauty stores about buying gift cards at a big discount to populate the site. I will also be populating the site with $3,500 worth of gift cards that I have that I have never used; these include gift cards to Sephora, Dicks Sporting Goods, Ruby Tuesday, Target, Fridays, and a host of others. DENTAL

We have not discussed this in a while but it is still on the table. I have reached out to 3 large urgent care companies about renting space in their centers and becoming their dental provider. I have met with 2 of them who love the idea and I will be meeting with the 3rd urgent care provider next week. After that meeting our board will decide what is needed to move this concept forward. I have also spoken to 2 large senior care providers and will be setting up meetings with them to discuss mobile dentistry for seniors. Mobile dentistry for seniors is a huge opportunity and is a niche that does not have many players in it. The plan, as I have stated, would be to treat seniors and only take what their insurance or government subsidy is, with no cost to the patient. Most seniors need dental care and its extremely difficult for them to get out and go to the dental clinic.

PHARREL PROTECTION

We have completed the test with the roofing company and it went great. We are in the process of negotiating terms for the deal. It will be a total of 800 trucks with a roll out of 200 every month for 4 months. Term sheets are out and we are waiting for final comments this week or next. We added a lot of new features for this deal which will be a benefit in deals to come. Through Pharrel we are in contact with large machinery companies including Cat and Deere as well as large Mining Companies like Rio Tinto, BHP and Vale for our Bfound mobile product and I believe we will be testing very shortly. The heavy truck business is a huge opportunity and we are moving forward every day. This is an untapped market and we are the first to be there. Pharrel is reaching out to many clients on our behalf and I believe this will generate lots of revenue for the company in the future and get us into markets we could never get into on our own. As soon as contracts are signed I will release the names of all companies involved.

2ND PRIVATE LABEL

I spoke with the owner of the 2nd private label group last Thursday who told me the ads are done. I will see them this week and they are looking to launch the first week of April. I know this has taken a long time but I assure you that this is a blockbuster deal. It is the biggest deal we have done to date and involves many facets. As soon as they start the ads, I will announce the name.

We are dealing with one of the largest dealer groups on the east coast with over 60 dealerships. The deal is 20 units in each dealership to start at $200 net to us or $240,000 per month. This will roll out over a month. At present, we have shipped 30 dealerships with the rest to be done in the next two to three weeks. They don’t want to release until the ads hit the market. In addition, we are in talks with 3 other companies regarding private label opportunities: 2 in Europe and one here in the USA. Additionally, we will be starting a test with the company I went to see in Charlotte last week which could turn out amazing. Again, one of the biggest dealer groups in the USA. I will announce all names as soon as signed contracts are done.

REG A

As most of you know we have filed with the SEC for a REG A which will give us all the cash we will ever need to expand all our businesses. We can use all, part or nothing, whichever we choose. We will not need to finance anything through aged debt or other means. I will keep all shareholders involved on how this works out. In regards to debt, most of the large debt has been removed and the rest is over a year old and has to be fulfilled. This has been on the books for the past year. The REG A will allow us complete control over or dollars and we will use as necessary.

SIFTHOUSE

As we speak, we are in negotiations to lease 5000 plus sq feet expandable to 20,000 sq feet if needed. This business is about to explode. CVS just announced it will sell CBD oils for health and beauty needs. As big companies get more involved, the interest will grow and the demand will exceed supply. Canada is the world leader in this business and will continue to grow as the word desires more product. Land continues to be at a premium and we will take advantage of every opportunity to expand as we see fit.

FEB 8, 2019 "Shareholders, I am happy to report that we have reduced the OS of On4 Communications by 1.4 billion shares. For the 12 months ending Oct 15 2018, we reported an OS of 4,505,705 518. The new OS is now 3,105,705,518. In addition, we are working with the past CEO to retire the 30 million preferred shares that are on the books. I expect this will be done within the next week or so. These shares are issued in his name and cannot be retired unless certain criteria is met. The shares can never be converted to common but I want them off the books.

I was told by one urgent care provider that 25 percent of all urgent care walk ins are dental related. The only thing the doctor can do is give the patient a motrin and send them home. I still believe that this is a big opportunity and a huge profit center for the company.

We are currently in the first week of a 3 week test with one of the largest roofing companies in the USA and Canada. This company has over 1200 light trucks and vehicles. We have added many new features for this test including hard braking and fast turns, which only makes our distracted driving product that much better.

Through Pharrel, we are in contact with large machinery companies including Cat and Deere as well as large mining companies including Rio Tinto, Bhp and Vale for our Bfound mobile product and I believe we will be testing very shortly. The plan is to grow highly profitable specialty blends of craft Cannabis.

This business is about to explode and we are in on the ground floor. It is my expectation that big tobacco and spirits companies will be in control of this business going forward and the expectations and potential profits will be amazing. As markets and countries open, we will be able to franchise our company to every city that makes cannabis legal over the next few years and I believe craft growers will be the biggest part of the cannabis boom. The company’s investment to date is $100,000.

DEC 17, 2018 “Shareholders, I am happy to report another record quarter with Record sales and record revenues. The company generated sales revenues of over $4.551 million during the 12 months ending 10/31/18 compared with sales revenue totaling $1.679 million for the 12 months ending 10/31/17 representing a 171% increase. The company expects revenue to grow as we open new lines of business and start new ventures.

We continue our success with the signing 2 private label companies: one who has been shipped and continues to sell our product, and the other coming on line shortly. DELAWARE AND SHARE REDUCTION

“As we have discussed, I have made a settlement with Delaware to pay off our debt to them. I will be making this payment before 12/31/18. As also stated I have resolved the 2 outstanding share reservations outstanding which will give us the opportunity to reduce the amt of shares.”

“Once Delaware is paid off completely I will send a note to our TA to reduce the OS by 1.4 billion shares. I will also send this out in a report to shareholders.”

I probably have over 15 gift cards in my desk drawer that I have not used and would love to get something else. SEPT 14, 2018 "Shareholders: I am happy to report another record quarter with sales up over 11% from last quarter and over 120% year over year. We achieved new milestones with the signing of AN and C max and more big names to come. We have started shipping AN and I will be discussing states and distribution with C max next week. To date we have shipped 12 AN stores and more coming in the next month.

I am also pleased to announce that we have made a distribution deal with a company that provides logistics and software to almost every municipality in the USA and in Europe.

They want to create the first distracted driving network for government fleets of Cars and Trucks. As soon as our NDA expires and it will be soon I will announce the name of the company.

PRIVATE LABEL

As of today at 3:30pm we have received a verbal agreement for our first private label deal. We have been working on this deal for the last 4 months and after many meetings we got the verbal today. As soon as we have the docs signed I will announce the company as it is a very big company and a huge deal for us. I was hoping to get signatures today but it is not possible.


We are also working on two more big private label deals one in Europe and the other in Turkey. We have made every change they have asked us to make and we are pushing forward everyday. I am hoping to get answers ASAP.

SHARE REDUCTION

AS discussed per our attorneys I sent a board Resolution to our TA only to find we have 3 issues to overcome:

1. we need to settle with Delaware.
2. we have 2 share reservation letters one from 2015 and one from 2014. Both of these companies hold no shares but we have to get revision letters from them to remove the reservations. I have reached out to both companies and was hoping to hear back by today.
3. I have made an offer to Delaware to reduce the amount and we believe they will accept. Once these 3 items are complete the share reduction will take place.

This is totally on me and I can only take full responsibility for these items but it will get done and soon.

HEXAGON 6TH LEG

As of today, the 6th leg of hexagon is complete we have started a new platform for merchandise to freely trade. We have purchased a variety of domain names and we are waiting to get financing in place. As soon as that happens we will announce via a PR all details. I am sure this will be a GRAND SLAM.

I will discuss the dental and the beta testing and the OBD development in the next update as we are moving everything along.

SHL June 15, 2018 "I’m happy to start this update off by saying we reported record revenue of $1,073,000 for the quarter ending April 30, 2018 vs $307,754 in the same quarter last year and an increase over last quarter revenue. We have signed huge deals last quarter and our growth continues to rise as demand for our products increase dramatically.

I am pleased to say that we signed the largest dealership group in the USA, AutoNation, and we are starting to implement sales to those dealerships. We also signed Carmax and will be rolling out in those stores as fast as possible. In signing those two auto giants we now have entry to every auto group in the USA. I am also pleased that we signed many dealerships in New England, Tri State NY, Florida, Midwest, Mid Atlantic, and West Coast. Our rep network of outside sales people has proved to be nothing short of amazing.

I am also pleased to let you know that we have made major progress with insurance companies both in the US and Europe. Insurance companies are the golden goose because they have so many policies in effect. The fact that they can save money by offering Bsafe to their policyholders is very appealing to them. It also provides great branding for them to promote the fact that they can save lives.

As I stated in the last update, we have contracts out for fleetsafer with various size companies and are looking to close soon. We are also very close to closing our private label products with 3 different companies.

As I stated, the Necca app was approved by both Google Play and Apple and we will be meeting with our agency to create ads which will break sometime in August or September.

CANNABIS
We have decided which company in Canada we would like to be with and we will be having a conference call with the Vancouver based co to discuss plans within 2 weeks. The market has become so hot that many of the companies are increasing their land holdings and the cost for good growing land has shot through the roof.

As I have stated we are still waiting for the name change and re domicile to be approved. DENTAL

I have been in contact with a major urgent care provider in the NY tri state area to lease space from them in their facilities for a 24 hour on call dental service.

We have also received a proposal from a mobile dentistry maker that includes x-ray instruments, chair and all aspects of a mobile dentistry unit.

We will be using these products to set up a unit which provides mobile dentistry for assisted living and elder care facilities.

Once we are active in the facilities we can expand to podiatry and other health needs. Anyone with an elder parent knows that the first thing to go when you get older are teeth and feet.


I am hoping to be in this field within the next 3 to 4 months providing the company with an additional revenues stream in a growing and exciting business.

6th leg

I will be traveling to Pennsylvania next week to discuss plans with a new partner to create the 6th arm of Hexagon. Once a deal is in place I will be making an announcement as to what that new business will be.

The company is in great shape as we continue to close deals and increase revenue. AutoNation and Carmax is a huge event for us and will increase revenue three fold in the future.


In addition we are looking at ways to unlock shareholder value in every way as we open new opportunities and look to capitalize at every turn.

In the next update we will concentrate on our foreign business especially Europe, Dubai, Turkey and Asia.

BUSINESS 5/1/2018

“Shareholders, I’m happy to start this update off by saying last week was a perfect trifecta. We closed 3 huge deals with 3 of the top 20 dealership groups in the USA with over 500 dealerships total. This is the best news I can report. I would like to give the names but I can’t risk the same 4 people harassing them on a constant basis.”

“This was the biggest deal we have ever done and after months of work we finally hit the jackpot. We will be rolling out slowly and not all dealerships will participate at once. These groups have stores in just about every state across the country. I will be travelling to the corporate headquarters of these 3 groups next week to discuss all aspects of the deal including inventory allocation, shipping, training and implementation.”

“These deals put us on the map as a big player in this field. We continue to surpass all estimates as we open big dealerships all through the east coast from Maine to Florida. As I stated in the last update we have contracts for Fleetsafer with various size companies and are looking to close soon.”

“The company has also broken through the door at various Insurance companies, both here and abroad, and have in some cases proposals out to some of these entities. We are also in the process of setting up private label deals as we have created 3 new versions of our product with slight variances.”


“Einstein is back in Dubai for the last meeting with Dubai Taxi as we have made all the changes they requested and we are looking to move forward with an order. Inventory remains constant and we are increasing capacity everyday.”

“Friday, I received the final plans for 2 of the Cannabis companies we spoke about in the last update. I will be travelling to Canada within the next 3 weeks to discuss the possibility of final implementation. I believe the potential revenue here is tremendous and I’m hoping to make a decision shortly. As I have said many times I believe Canada is the place to be for Cannabis.”

I had a long conversation with my lawyer today and he believes we are very close to Hexagon being approved. As I have stated many times, once Hexagon is approved the share restructure will occur: The Authorized Shares will be reduced by 1 billion shares and the Outstanding Shares will be reduced by 1.4 billion shares.”

BUSINESS

March looks like it will be another record month as our new dealerships keep adding inventory and selling more product every week. Every day we close new deals and most important we are closing them in states where we just entered.

This week we have closed deals in Georgia, Mass, Wisc, NH, Florida, VT, and are close to deals in OR, MD, VA and PA, and I expect to be announcing more deals every week as we continue to expand our foot print all across the USA. We also have many contracts out with Fleetsafer and expect to close them shortly.

We are close to a deal with a Turkish Insurance company and we made them an amazing offer on Tuesday. We will hear from Dubai Taxi and await their test report. In regards to inventory we will have enough to handle any and all deals that will come up and still have reserve left over. Our new streamlined process allows us to not only cut costs but cut time from beginning to end by over 20 minutes.

CANNABIS

Everyday I’m more convinced that if you want to invest in the pot business, Canada is the place to be. As of today, we have cut our target list down to 4 potential companies. The problem always is a License. Canada is only issuing so many of these and there are more companies applying every day. Most of the companies will tell you that they have a license when in fact they have applied for one but don’t actually have it yet. The 4 companies we are looking at are based in Vancouver, Sask, Quebec and Ontario, respectively. One is a grower that has land and is currently growing another product and can convert to pot in 30 days. They already have the land and the equipment; all they need is the seed. They also have options on surrounding land which makes this very valuable. The second Company is a lighting manufacturer that creates lighting to help grow indoors at a faster clip. The third is a new concept that I am not at liberty to discuss. The fourth company is a seed importer and exporter and has operations in Europe and Canada. All are very interesting and demand is very high for all these types of companies. We will see where the chips will fall. I will continue to update as things progress.


DENTAL

I’m more convinced of 2 things! Urgent Care Dental is a Home Run and single freestanding stores are not the way to approach this concept. I have reached out to some of the Urgent Care Players in the New York area looking to do a joint Venture combining Urgent Care Medical along with Urgent care Dental to make it a total Urgent Care facility. I will hopefully be meeting with some of these companies in the upcoming months to discuss this opportunity. As health care insurance becomes more expensive, many families are cutting out their Dental insurance and are going to the dentist less unless it's an emergency and paying the full fare out of their pocket. It’s a risk but some families can’t afford the extra money to have dental insurance. The more I read about the future of health care insurance, the more I believe this is a winner. All you have to do is look in almost any strip mall; there are urgent care stores popping up everywhere. I will update as we move forward.

As I have said many times: I, as well as my Lawyer, believe that we are very close to becoming Hexagon and the name change going through and being approved.

As I have stated many times, once Hexagon is approved the share re structure will occur the AS will drop by 1 billion shares and the OS will drop by 1.4 billion shares.

LET ME SAY THIS AGAIN: THERE WILL BE NO REVERSE SPLIT. IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN DISCUSSED BY MY TEAM AND THERE ARE NO PLANS TO DO THIS.

As can be seen we reduced our debt considerably and the plan is to reduce our remaining debt more as we move into Hexagon.
