au contraire, Anyone buying an old shell might have some concern about existing shareholders...who could tank their stock price.
Not saying it would rule their world, but it has to be a factor, IMO.

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
