I hold a small amount of preferreds.

The question for preferreds is......what are they going to get for their shares? Are they going to get par value? I would say probably.

Are they going to get conversion to commons? I would say not likely.

Preferreds are a slightly lower risk, much higher low reward alternative to commons in this situation.
