That Hilco site is a good source JohnSamuel. Rooting through their site for comps, Styles for Less (bankrupt fashion retailer with 150 brick and mortar + online) only got 80k for their intellectual property. I have no idea if it is apples to apples or not, but perhaps it is very difficult to get any value for the IP of a failing concern.
