First of all no business leases out their product. They license it out with a fee and in this case it would be a white label because NO big business would ever license out software unless they could put their name on it.

Secondly, if this was a threat to Microsoft or Linkedin in ANY way, the angel investors and other private groups would be all over this. It would not have a moron decision maker saying he will not sell it to anyone. LOL, those are the words of someone who can not sell it to ANYONE. The financials alone show the real story here.

Look, Microsoft and LInkedin are not going to lose money, sleep, customers, nor are they concerned at all about this platform release. They have actual research and development teams that have thought of every idea out there and if this does not have a intellectual patent on it, well they are just as excited about the release as you are. Who is PTOP legal team, or even lawyer? Who is handling the Think Latitude contract for control of IP? Who controls the server and IP now? If TL took shares for payment why wouldn't Joshua spend the money on simple cheap accounting and otc current status?

Come on man, I understand the desire to compete with Microsoft and Linkedin, but the reality is if that was true, Joshua would never let his companies disclosure or his own reputation look like this, nor would he need to ask anyone for money, IT WOULD BE STANDING IN LINE. Tell him to update his financials, become current, get a IP patent, put this on Wefunder or go to real start-up investment groups with this "game changer" and get funding.

My feeling is this has been attempted and unfortunately has not gained the same opinion you have about the software. BTW these groups are not bias and very intelligent. No disrespect intended.
