In June a company took gmni to court for a custodian hearing. The company agreed to not persue custodianship if GMNI did 3 things which GMNI agreed too. 1) get active status on nvsos (which they did) 2) update filings and financials (not yet) and update shareholders of current business plan (not yet). The case is still open until those things are satisfied. Should be any day now.
The company who tried for custodianship is a merger and acquisition company. Many here think they are helping or involved with GMNI remergence.
Either way we have to hear from GMNI soon as per courts.
Personally, I bet GMNI and custodian company have agreed to merge and the share structure was changed to give them shares.
We await for pennies of this haplens
