Stewart's apparently considers himself to be Capstone's sine quo non!

Unfortunately Stewart has failed miserably at directing the company and maintaining shareholder value, largely due to a lack of marketing acumen coupled with the company's lack of independent directors who might counter his sycophantic cadre of tame "yes-men" ..... however he has one overriding talent:

He has milked the company of millions of dollars in salary and other perks for for himself and the aforementioned directors!

Does it make even the most devoted cheerleader ill to see the pipe dream of reasonable returns flushed down a nine year debacle?

Oh yeah, but just wait till next year!!!
