Management has proved they could care less about shareholders. I hope
the shareholders will have a chance to dump them. I'd even enjoy seeing
TPL acquired just to get rid of management. Their lack of interest in
(at least the small) shareholders shows contempt for them. That is
indeed the wrong attitude to have. Actually, I guess they have shown
contempt for some of the larger shareholders as well.

Should TPL become a C-corp, I hope they will have options trade on the
stock...that way one could sell call options on price spikes on what
is one (or was one) of the safest stocks one could ever own.

Maybe some attorney will go after the 2 incumbent trustees to try to
force their removal. The way they have wasted shareholder money
should count as breach of fiduciary responsibility. I wonder if
any of the more substantial shareholders will consider such action.
Management should have figured out long ago that if they p*SS off
the wrong shareholder(s) there will be hell to pay.
