He is not going to do that at all. At least not in years. It is a very complicated process for the state to take over such a private utility like that. Anyways, PCG is working diligently to improve the infrastructure of the company system and again, this is not done from dusk til down. It will take years before reaching that milestone, in the meantime that happens, "We", "The Bullish And Bag-holders Only" are going to enjoy of the spike that has been going around so far. Anyone that is trying to bash this stock out better begin to make up his/her mind quick because this is one way ticket only and it is UP to the MOON..................
