Getting moved to the pinks isn't that big of a deal. Some brokers won't deal with pinks, but there are plenty that will. A case can be made that it even helps a company. Last time we were there it was a great scapegoat for the diehards, they blamed it for the stock decline while continually saying QTMM probably has a lot of deals done but just hasn't reported them yet and we will soar when we file.
