Good post and I bought into the bullshit based on information the company was implying stating whatever they want to claim they were doing... makes me sick to think I was going to buy a house and move hopefully this fall since my business started doing very well til I was in that accident and my head injury not thinking clear had thought I found a chance to make a good investment with what I had saved knowing my health may affect future work but no... right down the toilet. There are laws to protect consumers and investors from deceptive company actions... it’s a matter of those rules and laws being enforced and finding an attorney that will actually put forth an honest attempt instead cherry picking cases.... now I’ll be lucky if I can even get back to work 2-3 days a week from 5-7 days... that’s if they don’t put me on disability... but hey this can still turn around it’s not too late
