I know what stock options are but with all due respect, the timing of the awarded options relative to the current sp are of great importance. I suspect that Jorge wants the new board members to have the lowest strike price (.i.e. $2.03) because he feels that the sp will not be this low much longer due to the "excellent" upcoming earnings (this Tuesday), FDA guidance, uplifting, possible buyout, etc.
