The Company's subsidiary continues to pursue sound viable acquisitions as it continues to expand and grow in the Oil and Gas Industry.
WW Oil and Gas Inc. strategic growth plans are to include:
-- Acquiring leases that have been abandoned due to poor
Spot Oil Prices of the past
-- Re-opening and re-working of these abandoned wells bringing
them back into production

inactive or is considering retirement
