Using the "contact us" button last Saturday morning, I inquired "since your up and shipping, could I get my ambassador order, please". Within minutes I recieved a reply asking if I knew the order # or date of the order. I replied that it was probably May(?). 2 hrs later I got a reply, that yes they located my order and it was #xxxxxx, and it would ship Monday. I just picked it up from the post office. It was complete, but nothing extra. At least they are shipping, even if you have to ask for it. I may try another order soon. GLTA

Always check for floaters before drinking from the toilet!
