When you think about it, though, a 2 cent profit is better than no profit. Any day now, the details of the "settlement" will appear and will show this cashless company didn't pay anything towards it that would compromise the pecking order of the recoveries. Since the vesting order has now appeared on the title of the land, any day now the title will be changed (and that is also guaranteed) over to LCYB, and that fairy tale will end. Heck, that may have already happened. And Monday is the deadline for objections to the motion in the Delaware court, so the end is gonna appear on the court schedule sometime (though if it goes like the rest of the proceedings has, it may not appear until December or even later).
Those first two will be clear indications that the fairy tales really are not true, and some folks are going to get itchy to exit.
