They’re holding their hand close to their chest, WRFX has absolutely no transparency. Where’s sayphr, where’s the name / symbol change, what happened to Punchzee, what cut do WRFX shareholders get IF any, why is WRFX dark, why was a gofundme page necessary, why does Mick keep referring to the company name as AstraVeda when it’s in Wyoming only, where are the financials, why is Mick still interim CEO, how many preferred and common shares does Brad still own...etc.

What a farce.

Thank you as well for the link to the securities fraud liability rulinb, especially the fact that it widens the group of folks who can be held responsible for misrepresentations. It’s interesting to note that the ruling may expand lawsuits and class action beyond the company / officers / directors. That would be almost too easy, considering all the false nonsense that’s distributed in an effort to sell shares - absolutely false claims, hatchet “investigations” distributing false information, items that are nothing but fake news. Misrepresentations, every single bit of it.

”A divided Supreme Court yesterday ruled that a person may be held liable for securities fraud for passing along false statements in connection with the purchase or sale of securities, even if that person did not "make" the original statement, provided the disseminator knows that the statement is false or misleading.”
