I really believe there is no current connection between CDBZ and SFIO. I think they went with Kid Castle for their shell purchase.
I know there was a one page document stating irrevocable stock transfer, which looked a little strange to me.
But the date of that was early September. Then late October we see an 8-K, a real document, that CBDZ purchased Kid Castle shell.
More recent, and an official filing at a later date would infer to me the purchase of SFIO by CBDZ just didn't work out.
Probably because they wanted too much control.
