Yep, according to communication between Chris and a few shareholders here on the board:

- Chris is taking a more active role in the financial report reviews
- Change in accounting firm, hopefully means a faster turn around time
- Company is still working to get the quarterlies done ASAP
- Company goal is to get current, and stay current on SEC filings
- I'm going to get my McD Sundae soon
