Any real investors or responsible traders here have any useful info to provide for newbies to this stock?

I've scanned numerous documents, filings and PRs dating back to 2013 and haven't seen any evidence supporting truth in the accusations against the current company and CEO that are tossed around here on a daily basis. In fact, it looks like the current CEO may be the one responsible for turning this thing around and creating significant value.

Please lend a guy a hand and point me in the right direction for real evidence, I'd appreciate it. I can see the positives, so no need for that, I'm just looking for a concrete reason to avoid risking an investment for potentially large gains here. TIA
