I believe Mark has told posters the internal books are up to date, as of the time that was intimated to the poster(s). Since 8K filing, we don't know.

However, the claim had been made by ARYC that internal books were ok.

As I understand it, some issues regarding some part of the audit financials was not reconcilable with RRBB, coupled with the harassment claims, and the relationship soured/ended.

RRBB is on Twitter as having visited ARYC, I think that's were it was announced.
