For once we may finally agree Ttommy.....Regarding this stock, make no mistake about it, the only 2 things holding XXII back from its core mission and goals are the following:

1.) No permanent Head of FDA
2.) Nationally publicized Vaping issues(deaths have actually altered thoughts behind future of ecigs and forcing the tobacco industry to go completely low nicotine)

They will not release a NPRM on Tobacco until a permanent Head of FDA is confirmed. This could honestly take weeks or over a month .....We are at the mercy of big govt(always have been) and for those of you have been investing for decades, you know that it can be scary. Just remember, NOTHING has changed for this company other than getting stronger leadership at the top while at this crucial juncture! My opinion on this stocks potential valuation has not changed in 18 mos.... but clearly time lines have been pushed out for reasons out the companies control. GLTA and have a great weekend folks!
