I personally do not think the funding deal for the Holland Project with BLSP is a done deal. BLSP has a PILE of debt, recently made worse by the loss of a lawsuit. I would expect the investors to be very leery of lending that kind of money to a management group with such a bad track record. Most investors became investors by being careful with their money. To invest more into BLSP with it current management and debt issues would be hard to believe. More likely they would invest in some kind of special vehicle entity that would shield the Holland investment from all the debt and lawsuits of the parent company BLSP. There have been announcements that the Holland funding was complete some months ago, very similar to previous announcements over the last few years. And like most of what BLSP has ever said, nothing has happened?

May be I am just focused on their commercial business history and their lack of a good business plan, coupled with shady management?

But history repeats, management seldom gets better and a bad business plan does not heal itself.

Time will tell, but so far time has not been good to BLSP and even worse to all of it's investors.
