The 8-K tells the story. The audit was a bust! Now ARYC is hiding in the dark because they fear the sec. Now that they filed a form 15 the clock is ticking down.

Too bad ARYC did not allow RRBB to complete the audit. They could have been current before filing the form 15 which would allow them to suspend filing obligations without deregistration.

Any filings posted as a pink can't be taken seriously because they won't be audited.

By the way tech, the word "supposedly" means to assume something.
