Have no clue when he will announce and drops filings but he will take this Fully SEC Reporting and only bring a good quality company here. MJNE ran to $8.00 plus before he sold and moved on.

He is also a Corporate Securities attorney so you know he knows what he is doing. Also I noticed he puts good companies together in hot sectors. So whatever he brings here will be something good. He always has something in mind imo. Keep an eye on the coming months a Form 10 could hit anytime.
