Unfortunately that is what I thought the other day when I saw the AH T-Trade and the 100k block yesterday.

It is about time certain Longs quit blaming others for selling when it clearly is the Form D sellers.

Lemme make 1 thing super clear in regards to all the love fest in regards to Friends and Family being stupid if they sell etc...

Just because someone is a Friend or Family that does not mean they are super wealthy, have no expenses or bills. Or quite frankly are emotionally attached to SOLI like so many shareholders.

I lost a good Friend because of SOLI. I felt that my good friend was drinking so much Kool Aid he refused to look at any negatives and to be honest (and I take responsibility) It clouded my own judgment and caused me to NOT take squat above .80 to $1.30.

Will SOLI get there again I have no Clue. I hope so for everyone sake but the point I am making is. Friends and Family also need to Protect ThemSelves. They have Mortgage payments, Car Payments hell maybe alimony and Child Support Payments. Insurance payments and more.

So Calling them stupid for not selling up 50% is ludicrous. They had their money locked up for 6 months while everyone else could trade freely. What if the stock dropped another 50% and all those shares converted were now under water? Is that a risk they should take after waiting 6 months to sell?

From a business stand point absolutely not. Friends and Family doesn’t mean they have insider knowledge or they would be under a completely different Insider rule.

So yes there has been some selling going on the last few days that is surely dilution. I spotted and said something about it. Will it destroy SOLI probably not. Friends and Family that converted won’t wanna collapse the stock on themselves but that is why all those blocks the last few days have been sold. They are simply doing what everyone should do and that is hedging yourself. They are taking some off the table just like shareholders are suppose to do on higher moves as well.

I also believe up list must be very soon because they now have freely trade able shares to sell into the pop as well.

That is part of the reason I stopped posting on SOLI then got all kinds of backlash. I needed a clear head and needed to re focus and not get caught up in the total love fest that everything is going to be just fine.

I am a single dad raising 2 kids pay for health insurance and all the rest of the monthly bills. I trade full time and many times laid in bed with anxiety wondering if I made the right decisions.

I still believe in SOLI and Care Clix but you know what maybe the stock really isn’t worth $1.00 “YET”. Maybe next year it will be and then some but believe me friends and family will cover their asses just like everyone else.

Would you want Your Friends and Family to hold forever and then if something went bad and they all got screwed for holding. No I do not think you would. I certainly would not want them too. You waited 6 months take 50% profits and then ride for free or whatever.

There is a bunch of people that should apologize for the way they treated me and all those secret Private messages that got passed around, but hey no worries here. I am just calling it now like I see it and the same goes for any stock I invest in.

I am going to openly look at both sides when both sides need to be looked at.

I hope now folks stop saying “The Seller” and bs because quite frankly there have been a hell of a lot sellers who post like they are not but really are. They want to free up money like mostly everyone else to pay bills and trade other stocks as well and besides a few of them no one wants to admit that “They are the Sellers” right there selling with friends and family.

Let’s see the Up List tonight or very soon so everyone can rest easy and anxiety free and start enjoying their investment again. There are more people on the SOLI Board that know more about the stock then most of the friends and family. They are just regular people who have no idea how to do their DD.
