I spoke to the head of the Compliance Department today, and we are going to stay PINK NO INFORMATION....mainly because as of last year, I made the decision to file individual 10qs and 10ks, and catch up every DELINQUENT year. ACCR is a current REPORTING ENTITY, and as soon as da AUDITED FINANCIALs come, and filed w/ the SEC then the SEC told me that we will be "CURRENT REGISTERED and CURRENT REPORTING." Right now, we are just a CURRENT REPORTING entity.

There is much mis-information, like ACCR is on the PINK NO INFORMATION by mistake. Listen, I was very candid these last few days, and I as your DIRECTOR am telling you with 100% ease and certainty,,,,,that we got this covered. ACCR is NOT going back to the grey market.

Just stay with me...it takes a long time to build a DREAM. I've been working on this DREAM when I first bought my first share of ACCR in 1998. We are here to STAY PINK NO INFORMATION, but I am going through a Corporate Action Request Change at Finra, and once that is all done....I predict a WIN for the daily list. It is not illegal to wish upon a dream.

Here we come......CHOO-CHOOOOOOO... lol....I'm teasing.



FOCUS PATRICK...#1 GOAL IS TO GET AUDITED FINANCIALS FOR 2017 and 2018, and then also for the upcoming 2019, so that going forward,,,,ACCR will always be reporting, even if it is near ZERO NOW....we nonetheless are a REPORTING ENTITY, and as soon as I get 2 years of AUDITED FINANCIALs, then I will amend the 10Ks, and make them w/ AUDITED FINANCIALS.

I have an appointment w/ an auditor, pretty big one on Sunday at 2pm. I have my text message confirmation for the appointment already, and I will take a picture of it, and post it here.

This should help in my quest to better position ACCR shareholder value.
