The Transaction is anticipated to close during the first half of 2020 and is subject to certain closing conditions, including the approval from the States of Nevada, Arizona and Utah.

Somebody, please correct me if I'm mistaken. But, it appears to me that the anticipated transaction closing date has been shifted from November 15 to sometime between January 1 and June 30. If I'm correct in this assumption, the extended closing date simply brings more uncertainty to the actual closing. Plus, the .84 ratio means little right now if the closing date might be 7 1/2 months later than originally scheduled.

Very disappointing. But, all this being said, I added more ORHOF shares today at 3.50. Never thought it would ever get this low.

Considering Marc Lustig's prominent roles in both companies, I'm scratching my head why he would allow for the continuing delays and the continued downward spiraling PPS.

Too much uncertainty. Get it done!!
