In a stock with such a little following you should look for large volume spikes with little or no price increase. Then watch for a pop to enter.

The volume spikes are manipulators buying accumulation low, before they start to buy a run and sell that accumulation into the 2 or 3 day pop of emotion.

Examples; look at SEPT 9 & 10 then what happened the 17th.
