There is a plan. The genius has a plan. The sp just went further up than he wanted. Needs to have room to run on the NASDAQ as the market cap will be a factor .. and current production estimates don’t allow for a multi billion dollar market cap. He will need show the bigger picture in a shorter time frame for additional countries to expand to or revise the current outlook for Quang Nam/Vietnam for 2020 or both.

If people will sit back and think about it, ... what does he need big boy financing with good term for? ... maybe some for Vietnam yes I would imagine for additional facility or facilities expansion in Vietnam BUT I think he wants it for expansion for a country or countries that he has already negotiated with to move right in and set up shop there.

2019 is beginning of Mass Production with first delivery! 2020 is the full throttled expansion of Mass Production!
