There still seem to be some confusion on buying back shares. NNRX as a company can buy back shares and put them into the Company Treasury. This would reduce the amount of available shares for trading and increase share price. The monies for this process comes from available cash on the books. Bishop as president can direct the company to use available cash on the books to by back stock. The process of a buy back is usually only done with access cash on the books that can be returned to share holders in the form of a dividend or a buy back to increase the pps.

Bishop as an individual cannot use his personal funds to buy back stock and put it into the Company's Treasury. He can only buy shares for his own personal use, which would not directly affect the pps.
