Summary of call

Conference Call
Just got off the call.

Product Roll Out
- Early Calendar 2020!
- They are working with a co packer and have not finalized with them
- That means they have not submitted any formulations to HC for approval.
- Should be finalized in next few months
- Likely 4 drinks will hit the market
- Not going to release product nationally, provincial roll out in strategic markets that can provide the feedback they need

How to Raise $$
- Added expenses with THR fully operational and harvesting
- Talking to insiders and managers about options to raise
- Cost Cutting where they can

When will Caliber be out?
- 1 - 3 provinces only
- next month we will find out what provinces they have supply agreements with
- packaging for the products begin next week

Moodehead JV
- Slowed down by all the red tape.
- Regulatory framework of the cannabis industry requires a lot more complexity to the process
- update/finalized in the coming "short period of time"

Go to Market Strategy
- Did not want to divulge much
- Utilizing Moosehead expertise
- Training Budtenders w/ boots on the ground
- It will all become clear when Moosehead JV comes to fruition
- Consistant sales not until mid 2020. Full potential not going to be clear until year 2 or 3

Keith is stating that this Q is HUGE for them. They need to execute their supply agreements, bring oil to market and start generating signifcant revenue. Expects a VASTLY different company to develip over the next 12 months. They are moving from a launch, raise and build strategy to an execution strategy going forward.
